Leine & Linde recruits new CEO from within

New CEO for Leine & Linde is Per Andréason, formerly Director of Operations, with more than 20 years of experience within the company. Leine & Linde has shown a steady growth over the years, working on a global market.

From January 2016, the new Chief Executive Officer of Leine & Linde AB is Per Andréason. He succeeds Håkan Högberg, who moves on to new challenges in another field of business.

“I am very happy about taking on this responsibility”, states Per Andréason. “Leine & Linde is a great company to manage and further develop in cooperation with all its committed employees.” 

This, he ought to know well, after working at many different positions within the company, from his first job in production of optics in 1995, to production engineering, later being responsible for logistics, purchase, and production department, and since the year 2005 in his role as part of the company management.

Customer focus and teamwork

“We will maintain our sharp customer focus and use teamwork to build the future”, says Per Andréason about his intentions for the company. In teamwork, he stresses the ability of all parts of the company working together to deliver the right product in the right time and with the right service, but also how teams are able to work closely with the customer needs in a global sense, thanks to the international representation with sales offices and the corporate group.

During the time Per Andréason has been employed at Leine & Linde, the company has been growing at a steady pace. The yearly turnover is now six times larger than in 1995, and it did not slow down during 2015. Björn Zetterlund, the company’s CEO in 1994-2014, keeps up with all development as Chairman of the Board.
