Meet Alexander Wallin

Summer worker at Final Assembly B

Please introduce yourself.

My name is Alexander Wallin, and I study for a M. Sc. in electrical engineering in Sundsvall.

What are you work tasks?

I work at the Final Assembly B at Leine Linde. This is where we assemble the encoders. We receive the covers from Cabling department and mount them with the encoder housings. The encoder housings are manufactured here at Final assembly B, in our inductive section. After assembly we test the encoders, and once they pass the test we send them to Quality Control for final verification.

Why did you apply for this job?

Why I applied to Leine Linde? I saw an opportunity to get a foot in the door, and I know some people that already work here. This a good place to work. My co-workers are nice people, the working environment is good and the facilities are really nice.

What does the job mean to you?

Leine Linde is very important to me. Since I study and do not have an income during summer, this is a perfect option for me, where I can enjoy the company and make money at the same time.

What will you do after the summer job?

In the future, I will go back to school and study. I hope that in five years’ time, I will have my degree in electrical engineering. After that, I could continue my studies, but I think that I will try to get a job instead. Leine Linde could be the perfect choice for me.
