ADS Uptime and ADS Uptime Lite are Leine Linde solutions for condition and environment monitoring of industrial rotary encoders in demanding industrial applications. They provide clear insight into encoder status, operating conditions, and external influences that affect performance, reliability, and service life throughout the machine lifecycle.

ADS Uptime is available in two variants, ADS Uptime and ADS Uptime Lite, offering different levels of connectivity depending on application and system requirements.
Why ADS Uptime

How it works
ADS Uptime uses integrated encoder diagnostics to continuously monitor mechanical, operational, and environmental parameters during operation.
Condition and environment data is collected directly at the installation point and made available via Bluetooth wireless communication. Depending on the selected variant, the data can be accessed locally or used as part of a system‑level monitoring concept.
This approach provides continuous visibility of operating conditions without interfering with normal machine operation.
