    Sometimes we collect your consent in relation to receiving newsletters as a privacy-enhancing measure. We still rely on legitimate interest as the legal basis for processing. 
    Retention time We will process your personal data as long as you do not opt out by using the unsubscribe-link in our emails or otherwise notify us that you no longer wish to receive the newsletters.

    Type of recipient To provide access to our website, we use the services of web hosting provider Hostek AB.

    Aurera (CRM) and Epicor iScala (CRM / BMS)
    Type of recipient When you send personal data via web forms, interact with the chat function or send us an e-mail, your personal data will be saved in our CRM system (Aurea) and in Business Management Software (Epicor iScala).

When we process your personal data based on our legitimate interest, we use a balancing of interests test where we have determined that our legitimate interests of the processing override your interest and your fundamental right not to have your personal data processed. We have described our legitimate interest in the sections above. 

  4. We may transfer your personal data from the European Economic Area (“EEA”) to the United States which is outside of the EEA. In case of such cross-border transfers to the United States, we transfer the personal data based on an adequacy decision from the European Commission.     5.2    Right to access your personal data 

    We can provide you with a copy of the personal data processed by us, containing information about e.g., which categories of personal data are processed, what the personal data is used for, how long the data will be stored etc.

You also have the right to ask us to complete incomplete data if this is relevant based on the purposes for which your data are processed, by providing us with additional information.
