600 Industrial Incremental

Built to keep production running.

Leine Linde’s inductive incremental encoders thrive where other encoders fail. The incremental 600 series is designed for harsh industrial environments such as sawmills and food processing industries—where downtime is not an option.

Using inductive scanning technology, the encoders deliver stable, reliable speed feedback even in dust, moisture, vibration, and magnetic or electrical interference. This makes them ideal for applications where contamination and mechanical stress are unavoidable.

Mechanically compatible with the absolute 600 series, the incremental models share the same rugged 58 mm encoder design, larger bearings, and high load tolerance. This supports long service life and minimal process disturbance. Solid shaft, hollow shaft, and bearingless variants provide flexible installation options

Interfaces for modern automation

The series supports HTL, TTL, and RS 422 interfaces. Stainless steel housings and IP69/IPx9K bearingless versions are available for wash-down and hygiene-critical environments.

Designed for applications where uptime matters most, the incremental 600 series delivers reliable performance in demanding industrial conditions.

It’s about time

Built to keep production running. Meet our new incremental 600 encoders.

The time is here. We’re proud to introduce our new inductive incremental 600 encoders. Engineered and tested over time – built to last. These tough and space-efficient encoders, based on the inductive scanning technology, are designed for harsh environments such as sawmills and food processing industries. Where equipment simply has to keep going. And this one sure does. Forget breakdowns. Forget costly repairs. Forget production stops.
